Konsorsium Bioteknologi Indonesia (KBI) was honored to participate in INALAB 2025 at JIExpo Kemayoran from 29 to 31 July 2025. Over three impactful days, the KBI booth served as a hub for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and new collaborations among academia, industry, and government stakeholders. Our participation underscores KBI’s commitment to strengthening Indonesia’s biotechnology ecosystem through dialogue, partnership, and practical solutions.
Throughout the exhibition, KBI engaged deeply with researchers, innovators, and industry leaders on Indonesia’s biotechnology roadmap and future collaboration opportunities. A strong on-floor presence from KBI member organizations showcased state-of-the-art solutions and real-world applications in laboratory and life sciences. KBI also supported member-led seminars that delivered actionable insights, including a session on advanced confocal microscopy imaging with Leica Stellaris and TauSense, and a session on the critical importance of water quality in laboratory workflows. Together, these touchpoints reinforced our community’s dedication to rigorous, high-impact science and to translating innovation into tangible outcomes.
We extend our sincere gratitude to PT GEM Indonesia, the organizer of INALAB, for the continued annual invitation and outstanding event execution. Our thanks also go to representatives of KBI member organizations who supported activities throughout the exhibition, and to all visitors who stopped by the KBI booth over the three days. Your questions, feedback, and enthusiasm energize our mission to advance biotechnology in Indonesia.
KBI will build on the connections and ideas sparked at INALAB 2025 through upcoming programs, member activities, and collaborative initiatives that bridge research and industry. We invite you to stay connected with KBI for news on events, working groups, and opportunities to contribute to Indonesia’s biotechnology advancement.
