The 2nd International Conference on Food and Agricultural Sciences 2023 (ICFAS 2)

The Second International Conference on Food and Agricultural Sciences (ICFAS 2023): The Future Innovation and Technology in Food and Agriculture Sustainability to Face Climate Change will be held in hybrid format on December 12-14, 2023. The conference is an annual event organized by the Research Organization for Agriculture and Food, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) that aims to bring together researchers, scientists, lecturers, engineers, scholar students, and practitioners interested in the advanced technologies of agriculture and food including food technology and processing, pre- and post-harvest technologies, food and nutrition securities, climate change, smart farming, agriculture and food supply chain system and related topics.

The 2nd ICFAS, 2023 provides a forum for the exchange of information on state-of-the-art research within all of the related topics as well as aims to build and strengthen scientific cooperation among research institutions. The Second International Conference on Food and Agricultural Sciences (ICFAS 2023) is also to realize one of BRIN’s goals, to realize findings, breakthroughs, and notification of knowledge from the results of research, development, study, and application, as well as inventions and innovations in research implementation in order to increase productivity and competitiveness especially in the agricultural and food product technology.
